Camp Policy

Guidelines

For the safety of every camper, staff member, and sponsor, Flying Eagle ranch has set in place certain guidelines and rules that must be adhered to. Campers and their parents are not permitted to bring tobacco products, alcoholic beverages, controlled substances, or weapons onto camp property at any time. Bullying, theft, vandalism, dating, and sexual misconduct will not be tolerated. For the safety of all of our campers, we do not allow campers to bring outside books, magazines, music, videos, games, tablets, or cell phones. Campers will not be permitted to make out-going telephone calls, and, as a general rule, we do not let campers receive phone calls unless there is an emergency.

Rules

  1. Obey the staff’s instructions.
  2. Work together with your teammates.
  3. Do not go to the pool or pond without a staff member’s permission.
  4. Do not go around the animals without a staff member’s permission.
  5. Turn in all medications during check-in.
  6. Do not take food or beverages into cabins.
  7. Do not litter; put trash into a trash can.
  8. Do not climb on the fences or the gates.
  9. Do not use foul language or call others names.
  10. Respect the belongings and rights of others.

Dismissals

Campers may be dismissed from camp for breaking any of the guidelines or rules mentioned above. Parents will be expected to immediately pick up their child in the event of dismissal. No refunds (full or partial) will be given if a camper leaves camp early for any reason.

Refunds

Camp registration fees are non-refundable. Other camp fees will not be refunded after check-in on the first day of camp.

Spending Money

Flying Eagle Ranch will not be responsible for any spending money that is lost or stolen. During junior camp, we ask that all spending money be deposited at check-in. Campers will then be able to spend their money throughout the week without having to touch it or risk loosing it. Spending money that has not been used will be refunded upon check-out. Teen Campers also have the option of depositing their spending money, but it is not required.
